核桃 - 碎片

These walnut pieces are a great value for the price since you get a lot of them without the fuss of cracking shells. The light color and mild flavor made them perfect for my banana bread, and they stayed fresh in the pantry for weeks.

I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh these tasted straight from the bag, and the pieces are just the right size for tossing into pancake batter without needing to chop them further.

These arrived with a nice light color and no bitter aftertaste, which is my usual gripe with pre-chopped nuts. Tossed a handful into my banana bread and they held up perfectly without turning the batter greasy. The pieces are uniform enough for baking and snacking right out of the bag.
