Sprinkled this on some thick-cut chops before searing, and the salt-paprika-garlic combo gave them a perfect crust without overpowering the meat. Left them on the counter for ten minutes before cooking, and the seasoning really stuck. Already planning to use it on pork steaks this weekend.

Smothered a couple of pork chops in this before grilling and the salt-and-garlic base really locked in the juices. Even the dextrose gave a hint of sweetness that balanced the paprika without burning.
