查看詳細說明I’ve been using this rub on chicken thighs and the paprika gives it a nice smoky depth without being too spicy. The granules are fine enough to stick well to the skin during grilling.
Noticed the flecks of red bell pepper and celery seed scattered through the rub, and it gave the chicken a subtle crunch. Seasoned a whole bird before roasting, and the garlic-salt balance was spot-on without being overwhelming.
The paprika and garlic hit right away, and the celery adds a subtle depth that makes it work on everything from roasted potatoes to plain chicken thighs. I used it on grilled drumsticks and the crust came out perfectly savory without being too salty.
