Finally found a Worcestershire that doesn’t rely on high-fructose corn syrup—this one uses molasses and corn syrup for a much richer, less cloying sweetness. That cayenne and onion powder give it exactly the kick I needed for marinades.

The molasses and tamarind really come through—this sauce has that proper tangy-sweet depth I've been missing from grocery store bottles. The cayenne gives it just enough kick to wake up a bloody mary without stealing the show. I've gone through half a bottle in two weeks.

This Worcestershire has a richer, deeper molasses flavor than the usual stuff, so it coats the spoon nicely. I used it in a marinade and the tamarind really came through.
