龍蒿 - 整株

The leaves keep their bittersweet kick even after I tossed them into a homemade pickle brine—really woke up the whole jar. This is my second bag already, and they're way more fragrant than the dried stuff from the grocery store.

The aroma is exactly like anise as described, and the whole sprigs hold their fragrance much longer than the crushed stuff I've used before. I tossed a few into my pickling brine and the bittersweet note came through perfectly without overpowering the vinegar.

I was pleasantly surprised by how fragrant these whole tarragon leaves are—much more aromatic than the jarred stuff I usually grab. They worked perfectly in a quick pickling brine, though I wish the package were a bit larger for the price.
