I've been adding these oats to my banana bread recipe and they give it a nice, hearty texture without being chewy. The 24 oz bag lasts me several baking sessions, which is great for the price.

These oats cook up perfectly smooth in just a couple of minutes, and the 24 oz bag is a great value for how often I use them in my baking.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well these oats held their texture in my muffin recipe—they didn’t turn to mush like some quick oats do. The organic whole grain flavor comes through nicely, too.
