Tossed a generous handful into my dinner rolls and the nutty flavor came through beautifully without being overpowering. The seeds are fresh and toasty, adding just the right crunch to the crust.

These sesame seeds have a nice mild nutty flavor that really comes through when I toast them lightly for a garnish. I've been sprinkling them on stir-fries and salads, and they add just the right crunch.

I bought these mainly for baking bread, and the nut-like flavor is subtle enough not to overpower the dough. The seeds are very fresh and have a nice crunch when sprinkled on top before baking. Only minor thing is the bag isn’t resealable, so I have to store them in my own container.
