南瓜派香料

I've been using this on my morning oatmeal and it adds just the right warmth without being overpowering. The clove and nutmeg really come through in baking, too.

The blend is perfectly balanced—cinnamon leads but doesn’t bury the clove and nutmeg, so it works for both pie filling and a quick dusting on my morning oatmeal. One jar has already replaced three separate spices in my cabinet, which is a win for my tiny kitchen.

The scent of ginger comes through nicely in this mix, making my pies taste more complex than with just cinnamon alone. I added a teaspoon to my morning oatmeal and it’s a cozy fall win.
