I was worried the peaches might be mushy, but the natural and artificial flavor gives it a homemade taste. It’s sweet enough to enjoy alone, and the peach juice concentrate adds a nice depth.

The peach chunks are surprisingly firm even after baking, not mushy at all. I love that it uses peach juice concentrate instead of just syrup, it tastes much more like real fruit. Made a cobbler for a potluck and it disappeared in minutes.

The peach chunks are actually substantial, not mushy bits, and the syrup has that real peach juice taste without being cloyingly sweet. I used it straight from the can as a topping over vanilla ice cream and it was perfect.
