芥末 - 辣味

The sweetness from the sugar balances the vinegar tang perfectly, and the heat from the banana peppers builds slowly instead of slapping you at first bite. I’ve been putting it on everything from sandwiches to scrambled eggs, and the red bell peppers add a nice chunkiness.

The mix of hot banana peppers and mustard is surprisingly balanced, not just pure heat. It adds a nice kick to sandwiches without overwhelming the other flavors. My only regret is not buying two jars at once.

This stuff has just the right amount of kick from the hot banana peppers, and it's tangy without being too vinegary. I've been putting it on everything from sandwiches to scrambled eggs.
