These cinnamon sticks have a noticeably stronger, sweeter aroma than the pre-ground stuff I usually buy. I've been using them for mulled cider and the flavor is incredibly rich and pungent.

The sticks are much thicker and more substantial than the dusty ones I've gotten before; just grating a little over my oatmeal fills the whole kitchen with that sweet, warm scent. They've held their potency for over a month in the jar, which is a nice change.
