Miles ★★★★★

The soak-overnight step made the pearls turn out perfectly tender, and the vanilla gives the pudding a nice old-fashioned flavor. Even with the three eggs and extra sugar, it’s rich but not cloying—my family finished the whole batch in one afternoon.

Jason G. ★★★★★

The soak-overnight step really does the trick — these pearls plump up beautifully and cook into that classic, soft jelly texture. Made a big batch of pudding for a family dinner and everyone went back for seconds.

Carter Q. ★★★★★

Soaked these pearls overnight as directed, and they plumped up beautifully—the pudding set perfectly with a soft, creamy texture that wasn't gummy at all.
