Directions: Pour 3 cups cold milk into mixing bowl. Using wire whip, gradually add 1 lb (2½ cups) cheesecake mix. Mix on medium speed 1 minute. Scrape down bowl and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
