Cake Mix - Angel Food

Directions: Place 1⅓ cups cold water in bowl then add 1 lb mix. Blend with a wire whip 1 minute on low speed. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl. Whip on high speed to a soft peak (approx. 4-5 minutes). Pour batter into ungreased 10" angel food pan or spread into a sheet pan with parchment liner. Bake 35 min at 350˚F. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Remove from oven, invert and let cool completely.
Ingredients: Sugar, egg white, wheat starch, enriched bleached flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), leavening (glucono delta lactone, baking soda, monocalcium phosphate), modified soy protein, salt, artificial flavor.
