That fumaric acid gives these a sharper sour punch than the lemon ones I used to buy, and it hits right at the back of my jaw. The peach and watermelon juice concentrates keep it from tasting like straight powder. Been going through a bag every couple of days.

Didn't expect the cherry and pear purees to come through so clearly under all that fumaric acid, but they do. The sour level is genuinely intense for the first few seconds then fades into actual fruit instead of just sugar. Been keeping a bag in my desk drawer and they disappear way too fast.

The sour powder coating hits just right without being overwhelming, and I love that they use actual pear and cherry purees. Weirdly satisfying texture too, chewy but not sticky.
