The cocoa butter really balances the sweetness from all that sugar – I’ve been using these as a quick afternoon snack and the whole grain rice gives it a nice crunch.

I was surprised by how well the molasses balances the sweetness, making each bite less cloying than most sugary snacks. The cocoa butter gives it a nice creaminess that melts on the tongue.

The texture is just right—not too hard, not too soft—and that cocoa coating hits the spot without being overly sweet. A perfect little treat when I need a quick snack fix.
