辣味辣椒果凍

I was worried this might be too spicy, but it's actually a perfect balance—sweet hits first, then a gentle warmth from the jalapeno lingers. The two jar sizes made it easy to grab a smaller one to try without committing to a huge batch.

I spread this on a grilled cheese sandwich and that sweet-heat balance was exactly what I needed. The jalapeño heat builds nicely without being overwhelming. Will definitely grab the bigger jar next time.

This stuff is fantastic on cream cheese with crackers. The heat builds slowly and that sweet jelly base balances it perfectly. I’m already planning to order the larger jar.
