월넛 크릭 향료 - 버터스카치

The molasses gives it a deeper, richer sweetness than most butterscotch flavorings I've tried. I'm already thinking about what else to add it to—definitely not just for candy making.

It took me a while to get used to the strong butterscotch taste, but now I'm hooked on using a few drops in my morning tea. The caramel color gives it a rich look, though the bottle is smaller than I expected for the price.

I’ve been adding a tiny splash of this butterscotch to my morning oatmeal, and it gives just the right hint of sweetness without being overpowering. The molasses and caramel color blend nicely, but I do wish the bottle had a dropper for easier measuring.
