월넛 크릭 향료 - 블랙 월넛

This tiny 2-ounce bottle packs a huge punch—just a few drops gave my vanilla cake batter that unmistakable earthy black walnut taste. It’s incredibly concentrated, so it’ll last through dozens of batches.

Two ounces is plenty for a home baker, and the black walnut taste comes through strong without being artificial. A couple drops in my chocolate chip cookie dough gave it that deep, nutty twist I was after.

I've been using this in my banana bread recipe and it gives it that old-fashioned soda fountain taste I was missing. The 2 oz bottle is small but a few drops go a long way, so it'll last a good while.
