The crunch is really satisfying for being from a jar, and the vinegar gives it a nice tang without being overpowering. I've been putting it on hot dogs and it's miles better than the bland stuff from the store.

I love that the ingredients list is so simple—cabbage, water, salt, and vinegar—none of that weird stuff in other brands. The vinegar tang is sharp but not overwhelming, perfect for topping my bratwurst.

The crunch is just right and the brine hits that classic sour note, though I do wish the vinegar flavor was a touch more forward. That said, it's a solid staple for hot dogs and I'm already halfway through the jar.
