Smells incredible the moment you open the jar, and that thick tomato-molasses base coats ribs perfectly without being too sweet. The black pepper and mustard seed give it a nice tangy kick.

That vinegar-and-molasses kick is exactly what I wanted, and the mustard seed gives it a nice little bite that most bottled sauces miss. I've already used half the bottle on pulled pork and keep finding excuses to slather it on everything.

I was hoping for a bit more heat from the chili peppers, but the tomato and vinegar base makes a really well-balanced sauce that isn't too sweet. It's thick enough to cling to ribs without being gloopy, which I appreciate.
