I love that this ground paprika has such a subtle, mild flavor and doesn't overpower the dish, but still gives everything a beautiful, vibrant red color. It’s perfect for sprinkling on deviled eggs or mixing into a simple rice dish for visual appeal.

A little goes a long way for coloring — I added a teaspoon to a stew and it turned that deep red you see in food photos, while the mild flavor let the other spices come through. Ground fine enough that it dissolved without clumping, which is exactly what I want from a paprika.
