필링 - 바바리안 페이스트리

The texture is surprisingly stable—it held its shape perfectly in my eclairs without turning runny. I appreciate that the sweetness is balanced, not cloying, and a little goes a long way. Definitely my new go-to for pastry fillings.

Used this for cream puffs and the filling held its shape perfectly without running, even after a few hours. The texture is smooth and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the titanium dioxide keeps the color bright, even after piping it onto pastries hours later. The filling holds its shape perfectly without any weeping.
