Baking Chips - Milk Chocolate Chips 1M

Used these in a batch of chocolate chip cookies last night, and they melted perfectly without burning—great even distribution. The milk chocolate flavor is rich and creamy, definitely caught that whole milk powder coming through.

I was worried about the artificial vanillin flavoring, but it actually gives these chips a nice, subtle sweetness that works perfectly in my cookie recipe. The 1M count is generous too—plenty left over for snacking.

These chips melt so smoothly that my ganache came out perfectly glossy and lump-free. The milk chocolate flavor is rich without being overly sweet, just right for my brownies.
