ويفرز - غبار المزرعة الحار

The blend of fennel and marjoram really makes this seasoning stand out from typical spicy mixes. I've been using it on roasted chicken and it adds a nice, complex heat that builds without being overwhelming.

The fennel and sage come through nicely in the dry rub, giving it an earthy depth I wasn’t expecting. I just wish the cayenne was a tad more prominent for my taste, but overall it’s a solid versatile mix.

I was hoping for a bit more heat, but the cayenne and garlic give it a nice kick without overpowering the other spices. The rosemary and sage add a pleasant herbal depth that works well on roasted vegetables.
