The Split Hoof Quarry seasoning added a perfect smoky kick to my grilled chicken, and the 2 oz bottles are just right for testing flavors without committing to bulk sizes. I've already used three of the five on different meats and am impressed with the variety.

The Trailhead seasoning gave my campfire potatoes a smoky, savory kick that made them disappear before the steaks were done. I’m already planning to use the Split Hoof Quarry rub on a pork shoulder this weekend.

I’ve used the Fin & Fowl on salmon and the Backwater Slab on white fish, and both gave the fillets a smoky, savory crust that tastes like campfire cooking. The 2 oz bottles are perfect for tossing in my tackle box for weekend trips.
