WC Flavored Coffee - Southern Pecan

The aroma when I opened the bag was pure pecan pie filling the whole kitchen. Brewed a pot this morning and it's smooth with no bitter aftertaste—just a nice, mellow flavor that's perfect for a slow weekend. Glad I tried this one.

Ground it a bit finer than my usual pre-ground and the flavor really blooms — a warm, nutty cup without being syrupy sweet. Pairs perfectly with a splash of cream on a chilly morning.

The pecans come through nicely without being too sweet, and it brews a smooth cup that doesn't need much doctoring. I've been reaching for this bag every morning since it arrived.
