I've been grinding these beans for my morning pour-over, and the balanced aroma and flavor are exactly what I was hoping for in a daily brew. The 100% Arabica whole beans stay fresh longer since I grind only what I need.

The whole beans smell incredible as soon as you open the bag, and the balanced flavor isn't too bitter or acidic. Grinding it fresh makes a noticeable difference in my morning cup.

I was looking for a smooth morning brew that wouldn't overwhelm my senses, and this whole bean blend delivers exactly that—the grind itself feels rich and even. The beans are perfectly oily for a medium roast, and the sip has a clean finish without any bitterness.
