Tossed a handful into my cookie dough and they stayed crunchy even after baking. The granulated size means every bite gets a little walnut without having to chop anything myself.

The texture of these walnut pieces is perfect for mixing into cookie dough without having to chop anything yourself. I added a generous handful to a batch of fudge brownies and they stayed crunchy and flavorful throughout baking.
