Pecan Halves - Roasted & Salted

These are my new go-to for topping salads — the roasting brings out a buttery richness that plain nuts just don't have. The salt level is perfect, not too heavy, and they stay crunchy for days in the pantry.

Kept a bag in the pantry for snacking, and these halves held their salt coating all the way to the last handful—nice and oily without being greasy. They’ve been my go-to for tossing into salads too.

The crunch on these is perfect—not too hard, just that satisfying snap. I tossed them into a batch of brownies and they added such a nice salty contrast to the sweet chocolate. Already planning to order more for snacking straight from the bag.
