The quart size is hefty enough for several batches of cobbler, and the peach slices hold their shape perfectly without turning mushy. The spice blend is just subtle enough to accent the fruit's natural sweetness. I have already ordered another jar.

I was a little worried the spices might overpower the peach, but the balance is perfect—the natural peach flavor still shines through. The quart size is generous for the price, and the syrup consistency is just right for spooning over pancakes.

The syrup is really nice—not too thin, and the spices come through without being overwhelming. I've been eating these peaches over ice cream and the texture holds up perfectly.
