خوخ - شرائح

I was skeptical about canned peaches, but these sliced ones are actually firm and hold their shape well. The sweetness from the light syrup is just right for topping my morning yogurt.

The syrup isn't overly thick, so the peach slices slide out easily and taste just like summer. I tossed them over some vanilla ice cream for a quick dessert that felt special.

Opened the jar for a quick snack and found the slices swimming in a surprisingly light syrup, not too cloying. The peach flavor came through clearly even with the corn syrup, and it was perfect folded into my morning yogurt.
