I love how fine this granulated onion is—it dissolves into soups and sauces without any clumping. The .3 lb bag is enough to last me a few months of everyday cooking.

This .3 lb jar is just the right size to keep my seasoning drawer from overflowing. I’ve been using it in dry rubs and soups, and it dissolves quickly without clumping like some powders do.

Finally, a jar of granulated onion that doesn’t clump up in the humidity of my kitchen. I’ve been tossing it into soups and dry rubs for a couple weeks, and it dissolves evenly without that raw, harsh bite. The .3 lb container is small enough to fit on the front of my spice rack.
