Gooseberry Jam - YFF

That tart-sweet balance is exactly what I was hoping for—it’s delicious on toast but also works surprisingly well as a glaze for pork chops. The texture is a bit looser than other jams I’ve tried, which makes it easy to spread.

The tartness really comes through in this jam—it's not overly sweet like most store-bought ones. I've been putting it on morning bagels and even stirred a spoonful into yogurt for a burst of flavor. The 9 oz jar is just the right size too.
