الثوم المعمر

Tossed a generous pinch into my potato soup and the mild onion flavor came through perfectly without being overpowering. The fine-cut leaves sprinkle evenly and add a nice pop of color.

Chopped a handful over scrambled eggs and a bowl of potato soup, and the shreds held their color and mild onion bite even after a few minutes of heat. These little straws are surprisingly versatile for finishing fish too, no need to hunt for the fresh stuff.

They're the smallest of the onion family, sure, but these little straws punch way above their weight on a baked potato—the shredding took me thirty seconds flat. I tossed a handful into a simple potato soup and the flavor was clean and sharp, exactly what I hoped for.
