BBQ Sauce - Sweet and Bold

The molasses really comes through for a deep sweetness that balances the tang from the vinegar, and it clings perfectly to ribs without being runny. Used it on pulled pork last weekend and the whole family asked for the recipe.

The cider vinegar gives it a tangy kick that cuts through the sweetness perfectly, and the cornstarch keeps the texture nice and thick on a burger. Grabbed this for a backyard cookout and ended up slathering it on everything.

Smoked a rack of ribs last weekend and this sauce clung to the meat perfectly without sliding off, thanks to the cornstarch. The cider vinegar gives it a nice sharp kick that cuts through the molasses sweetness. Empty bottle already.
