Walnut Creek 風味 - 鳳梨

I was pleasantly surprised by how clear the ingredient list is — it’s nice to know exactly what’s in the 2 oz bottle before using it. The pineapple flavor itself is bright and not overly sweet, perfect for adding to drinks.

The pineapple flavor actually tastes like fresh fruit instead of that fake candy smell. I used half a teaspoon in a batch of frosting and it came through clear without being overwhelming. The 2 oz bottle is small, but a little goes a long way.

I was hesitant about the 2 oz bottle being too small, but a little goes a long way. The pineapple taste comes through clean in my seltzer without that fake candy aftertaste.
