T.O.E. 果醬

The citrus notes from the tangerines really brighten up the elderberry base, and it’s not overly sweet like some jams. A small spoonful is enough to transform plain yogurt.

I spread this on my morning toast and the elderberry really balances the citrus—not too sweet. The pectin gives it a perfect spreadable texture without being runny.

The citrus comes through first, bright and tangy, and then the elderberry rounds it out — really nice balance. I’ve been putting it on toast every morning and the tangerine bits give it a nice texture.
