Sweet Pepper Jam - YFF

I spread this on a grilled cheese sandwich and the sweet-and-savory pepper kick was incredible. The thick, jammy texture clings perfectly to bread without making it soggy.

I was skeptical about pepper jam, but the sweet-and-savory balance is perfect on a cheese plate. The texture is just thick enough to spread easily without being runny.

The red bell pepper base gives this jam a really unique sweetness that pairs surprisingly well with cream cheese on a bagel. I've been putting it on sandwiches all week and it balances perfectly with savory meats.
