覆盆子莓果醬

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the black raspberries and strawberries blend together here—it’s tart but not too sweet. The texture is nicely spreadable right out of the fridge, which makes my morning toast a lot more interesting.

The jam has a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, with whole pieces of blackberry and strawberry scattered throughout. I spread it on toast this morning and the red raspberry seeds add a nice little crunch. Will definitely buy another jar once this one's empty.
