I wasn't expecting the parsley flakes to actually be visible in the pasta, but they're scattered all through it and the smell while boiling is unreal. You can taste the egg whites too, gives it a richer texture than the plain stuff I usually buy.

The garlic flavor actually comes through without being overpowering, and I can see real parsley flakes in the dry pasta. Boiled up in about 8 minutes and held its bite nicely, so I'll be buying this one again.
