Paint Valley 切達起司 - 俄亥俄州

The ingredient list is just milk, culture, salt, and rennet—nothing weird hiding in there. I sliced off a piece for a sandwich and it melted into that classic sharp, creamy cheddar taste I've been craving. The 12 oz block lasted us about two weeks of daily snacking.

That bright block broke cleanly into crumbles, perfect for melting over a hot burger. The simple ingredient list made me feel good about serving it to my family.

Cracked this open with some apple slices and it was gone before dinner even started. The texture is beautifully dense and crumbly, and that clean, sharp tang from the simple ingredients really comes through. A solid 12 ounces that punches way above its weight.
