I used this for a quick caprese salad and it melted beautifully on a hot panini. The texture is creamy without being too watery, and the 0.9 lb block is perfect for a week's worth of lunches.

The .9 lb size is just right for tucking into lunchboxes without taking up too much fridge space, and it melts beautifully on homemade pizza. I've been using it in pasta bakes all week, and the flavor is mild but creamy enough to satisfy.

I needed an easy snack for work lunches, and the 0.9 lb size is perfect to throw in my bag. The salt gives it just the right savory flavor without being overwhelming.
