Jordan's Skinny Syrup - 奶油太妃糖

I mix a pump of this into my morning coffee and it gives me that buttery toffee taste without any sugar crash. The sweetness from sucralose is just right—not overly artificial like some sugar-free syrups I've tried.

The caramel note comes through nicely without any weird aftertaste, and it mixes into my coffee without clumping. I've been using it every morning for a week and a little goes a long way, which is great since the bottle's not huge.

I was worried the cellulose gum might make this syrup feel too thick on pancakes, but it pours smoothly and the butter toffee flavor is surprisingly rich for a sugar-free option.
