Jordan's 輕盈糖漿 - 美人魚

I was skeptical about the sucralose, but the Mermaid flavor blends perfectly in my iced coffee without any weird aftertaste. The xanthan gum gives it a nice syrupy texture that coats the drink just right.

The citric acid gives it a nice tartness that works perfectly in my morning iced coffee, and the sucralose sweetens without that weird aftertaste some syrups have. I've been adding it to sparkling water too and it's a solid treat.

I was a little skeptical about the mermaid flavor, but the bright, candy-like taste is surprisingly good, and it mixes perfectly with my morning coffee. The bottle is a nice size, too.
