This cheese spread has a nice tangy kick without being overwhelmingly spicy. I like that it melts smoothly on a warm bagel thanks to the sodium citrate. The texture is creamy and it’s become my go-to for a quick lunch.

Finally found a sharp cheddar-style spread with a real horseradish kick that clears your sinuses. It’s creamy enough to slather on crackers but holds up well on a bagel. Only wish the horseradish flavor lingered a bit longer.

I picked this up for bagel spreads, and the horseradish kick is definitely there without being too harsh. It melts nicely on a hot sandwich, though I wish the texture were a bit thicker out of the fridge.
