The dissolving process is smooth—no gritty bits after stirring in the boiling water, and the pineapple flavor comes through just right without being overpowering. It set firmly in the fridge overnight, and the yellow color looks cheerful enough that I didn't mind it.

The lake yellow coloring gives it a cheerful sunny look in the glass. It sets perfectly firm after chilling, and the pineapple taste is really clean without being too sweet.
