餅乾切 - 濃郁切達

The slices are cut thin enough that they don't overwhelm a cracker, which is exactly what I wanted for a quick snack board. The sharp cheddar flavor comes through nicely without being too aggressive, and they stack neatly in the fridge.

I was pleasantly surprised how well these cheddar slices hold their shape on a cheese board without crumbling. The sharpness cuts through perfectly on a simple saltine.

The slices are perfectly sized for stacking on a Wheat Thin without breaking, and the cheddar has that tangy, aged bite I look for. It melts evenly on a sandwich, too.
