椰子 - Walnut Creek 甜味椰子片

I use this coconut for making macaroons, and the flakes are perfectly sweetened and moist without being clumpy. The preservative keeps them fresh for weeks in my pantry.

I was worried the flakes would be dry and tough, but they're genuinely tender and sweet right out of the bag. The sugar level is spot on for my morning oatmeal, and a little goes a long way.

These stayed soft and moist in the bag instead of drying into those sad hard shreds I usually get. Used them in a coconut cream pie and the flakes held their texture without turning to mush. The sugar level is right for baking since I can cut back on added sweetener.
