Zoe ★★★★★

The 1 lb block is a good size for our fridge and it grates cleanly without crumbling. Sharp enough to actually taste in a grilled cheese, which is more than I can say for the mild stuff I used to buy.

Madison U. ★★★★★

This sharp cheddar has the perfect tangy kick for my homemade mac and cheese. The 1 lb block is a generous size, and it slices cleanly for sandwiches without crumbling.

Sofia D. ★★★★★

The sharpness on this cheddar is no joke — it's got that tangy bite that makes a grilled cheese actually worth eating. I cubed some for a cheese board and it held up great without getting crumbly. The 1 lb block is a solid size for the price, though I went through it faster than I expected.
